Our Team
Our dental team consists of two hygienists, two assistants, and two administrative support professionals. Together, we work with Dr. Ross to provide you with comfortable, immediate dental care. Our entire team is extensively trained and experienced, and we continually refine our skills and knowledge to give you the best service possible.
We always pride ourselves on our ability to listen. If you have concerns, we always listen to what you have to say. We are especially good listeners if you’re nervous and feel something else could make you more comfortable.
Donald H. Ross, DDS
 Raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Donald Ross had an interest in dentistry as a young man. After studying at Georgia Tech and Emory University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Dr. Ross enrolled in the University of Alabama Dental School. Once he received his DDS, Dr. Ross enlisted in the U.S. Air Force where he served two years as a dental officer. When he was discharged, he opened an office in Colony Square.
For more than 20 years, Dr. Ross has served the general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry needs of the area. He follows the latest research and information on dentistry and he attends advanced continuing education classes. Dr. Ross belongs to a variety of organizations including the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Northern District Dental Association, and the Hinman Dental Society. He also belongs to numerous local and national study clubs, including the Peachtree Dental Study Club and the Georgia Tech Dental Technology Affiliate Program.
Dr. Neal Shah, DDS
Dr. Neal Shah joins Feather Touch Dental after working in a private practice in Downtown, Atlanta. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. He then earned his D.M.D. from the Medical College of Georgia. He is well trained in restorative, endodontic, and surgical dentistry. Dr. Shah is the official team dentist for the Georgia State Panthers. During his free time, he enjoys attending multiple continuing education courses, martial arts, football, baseball, and spending time with his dog, Millie.
Nancy Curry
Nancy Curry was born in Athens, Ga. She Graduated high school in 1980.
Also attended Atlanta College of medical and dental careers. She
graduated with a diploma in Dental office assisting. And January, 1995
she started working here with Dr, Ross. Working here has been a learning
experience, it has helped her grow as a person. She has great knowledge
and experience with all procedures. She works in a dental practice with
the best co-workers and patients. She has a great son Brandon. So thank
you Dr. Ross for giving her the experience and opportunity to work in
your Dental Practice.
D. Monique Eastman
D. Monique Eastman is a proud veteran of the US Army. She received her
dental training at the Army's medical training center in San Antonio,
Texas.
Monique loves to travel and has lived in many areas of the country, such
as Kentucky, Hawaii and Arizona.
After her departure from the Army she earned a B.A. in communications
(Magna Cum Laude) from Oglethorpe University which she plans to use to
help children and their parents understand the importance and simplicity
of dental health.
Kim Mobley
Kim Mobley is originally from Mobile, AL., but has lived in Georgia for
over 20 years. She has a wonderful husband and a beautiful daughter. She
began dentistry in 1998 working for a family friend. What started as a
temporary position has grown into a true love for dentistry! Kim has
worked as a scheduling/insurance coordinator, as well as, hygiene
assistant, and office manager. She worked for one of the largest dental
practices in Atlanta before joining the Feathertouch team. She has
enjoyed working with Dr. Ross for the past 8 years and is looking forward
to many years working with Dr. Shah as well. She feels very lucky to work
with, who she considers to be the Best Dental Team in Atlanta. She
aspires to one day practice dental hygiene with Feathertouch Dental
continuing the tradition of excellence.
Carlissa W. Manning
Carlissa W. Manning is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. She is a retiree of
the Armed services. Carlissa has worked in all facets of the dental
profession for more than 25 years.
Before joining the Feathertouch family, she served as Clinical Manager
for a very prestigious cosmetic practice in Atlanta. Carlissa loves
meeting and building new relationships with others.
She developed a love for sports at a very young age. She enjoys
basketball, softball and swimming. Carlissa has served as Vice President
of Public Relations for Colony Square Toastmasters International and
currently holds the office of Director of Christian Education.
Her passion is in assisting others in areas of operations and
administration. She has a 9 year old granddaughter.
Lora
I have been a dental hygienist for almost eight years. I went to college at Clayton College and State University in Morrow, Georgia where I earned
a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene. I have had the great privilege of
spending my entire hygiene career at what I know is the best dental
office in Atlanta. At Feather Touch Dental I have time to focus on both
educating my patients and taking care of their hygiene needs. By taking
the time to educate them about their oral health I am also able to help
them improve the health of their whole body.
I grew up in Charleston, WV and then moved to Jonesboro, Ga. in 1999.
I've been married for 26 years; have 4 sons, and several dogs and cats. I
love to read, camp, fish, crochet, and go to my children's sporting events
and church.
